教师对个别化教育计划实施态度的调查研究——以某市特殊教育中心为例  

A Survey on Teachers’ Attitude Towards the Implementation of Individualized Education Program——A Case Study of Xuzhou Special Education Center

摘　　要：本研究采用自编态度问卷对某市特殊教育中心的39名特教教师就个别化教育计划实施的态度及其影响因素进行调查。结果表明:在态度的三个维度上,情感维度得分最高,其次是认知维度和行为维度。被调查者的学历和部门对其态度有影响作用,但性别和年龄对其态度无显著影响。The study adopted a self-made questionnaire to investigate 39 special education teachers in Xuzhou Special Education Center,trying to know their attitude towards the implementation of individualized education plan and influencing factors. The results showed that in the three dimensions of attitude,in terms of scores,emotion came first,followed by cognitive dimension and the dimension of behavior; the teachers’ education and department had influence on their attitude,but gender and age had no significant effect on it.
