全纳教育视野下聋生高等教师素质结构分析

摘　　要：文章立足全纳教育视野下,结合国内聋人大学生教师素质结构现状,为使聋人大学生更好融入健听与正常学生群体,考虑聋生生理心理特殊性因素,对聋人大学生教师又提出更高素质要求,分析聋生教师素质结构中存在的问题,并提出完善教师素质结构体系可行途径,最终达到提高聋生高等教育质量的目标。This research under inclusive education combine with local deaf college students’ teacher quality structure present situ- ation,In order to make the deaf college students better get into the hearing and normal students live,considering the particularity of deaf students physiological and psychological factors of deaf students,teachers are put forward more high quality requirements, analyzes the existing problems in the quality structure of teachers of the deaf,and improve the quality of teachers for the possible ways to structure system.
