摘　　要：中医药高校青年教师的教学水平关系到学校教学质量的可持续提升和中医药院校的未来发展,而目前青年教师教学能力提升却受到诸多因素制约。高等中医药院校应充分认识教学能力在教师专业发展中的地位,构建完整的、多层次的教学能力培养体系,制订有利于教学能力提升的配套政策,鼓励青年教师开展教学研究,多途径加强教学能力培训师资队伍的建设。Teaching level of young teachers in traditional Chinese medical university is related to the school' s sustainable improvement of teaching quality and its future development,and the young teachers teaching ability enhancement is restricted by many factors. Traditional Chinese medical university should fully realize the status of teaching ability in the teachers' professional development,build a complete and multi- level teaching ability training system,form a complete set of teaching ability promotion policies, encourage young teachers to conduct teaching research,multi- Channel to strengthen the construction of teaching ability training teachers.
