摘  要:病理学在医学教育、临床诊疗、科学研究上都扮演着极其重要的角色,美国著名医生和医学史专家William Osler称"病理学为医学之本"[1]。但随着社会的发展,旧的病理学教学手段和教学方式已经很难培养出优秀的创新型人才,因此,许多病理学家对于病理学的教学工作进行了深入的研究,使得病理学的教学手段变得丰富多彩。随着多媒体教学、PBL教学(problem-based learning,探讨问题式学习)、网络教学等教学手段的应用,极大的提高了病理学的教学质量,尤其是PBL教学的应用,使病理学教学水平得到质的提升。但由于诸多因素的限制,PBL教学也在教学实践中显现出了自己的缺点。因此,为了提高PBL教学的教学质量就必须深入研究其优缺点,以取长补短,从而获得更好的教学效果,以期培养出优秀的创新型人才。Pathology plays a very important role in medical education,medical treatment and scientific research.William Osler,famous American physician and medical historian,said pathology is the basic of medicine.But with the development of society,the old teaching methods and teaching methods of pathology has been difficult to cultivate outstanding innovative talents.Therefore,many pathologists in-depth study of pathology teaching,in order to make the pathology teaching methods more colorful.With the application of multimedia teaching,PBL teaching(problem-based learning,learning is based on the discussion of the problem),online teaching and teaching methods,greatly improved the teaching quality of pathology,in particular,the application of PBL teaching enhances the quality of pathology teaching level.However,due to many other factors,the PBL teaching in teaching practice shows their own shortcomings.Therefore,improving the teaching quality of PBL teaching must-depth study of the advantages and disadvantages,to learn from each other,leading to better teaching consequent,in order to cultivate outstanding innovative talents.
