摘  要:教学的基本精神之一就是培养学生进取的意志品质,然而当今过度的教学关怀,缺失的意志培养,造成学生意志力的薄弱,使学生成为容易受伤的群体。为了提升学生良好的意志品质,就要深入理解意志活动的内在机制,这是意志培养教学策略提出和执行的客观依据。因而,可以通过基于理想与信念的激励策略,基于逆境的掌握取向策略,基于组织纪律的约束策略,基于元认知的调控策略和基于合作理解的团队辅导策略来实现。To cultivate the quality of students enterprising will is one of the basic spirit of teaching.However, today's excessively concerned teaching and lack of will training caused the weak willpower of many students,which make students to be the vulnerable groups in the society. In order to improve the quality of students' will,it is necessary to further understand the internal mechanism of will activity which is the objective basis for the proposing and implementation of will training strategies. Therefor it can be realized by the incentive strategies based on ideal and belief,by grasping strategies based on adversity of situation, by discipline strategies based on regulation and d intervention strategies based on meta-cognitive and cooperation strategy based on the understanding of team coaching.
