摘　　要：在文学活动中,社会规约是比话语的叙事结构更为基本、更为重要的结构性要素,是文学作品可理解性、可信性、真实性、批判性的根本前提。文学的普遍性就源自社会规约的普遍有效性。社会规约是在社会历史过程中建构的,它势必打上意识形态烙印,凝结着权力关系。因此,文学最为重要的批判功能就在于揭露隐蔽在社会规约中的权力运作。In literary activities,social conventions are not only a more important and fundamental structural element in the narrative structure of discourse but also the fundamental premise for the comprehensibility,creditability,authenticity and criticalness of literary works.The universality of literature originates from the universal validity of social conventions.Social conventions are constructed in the process of social history,and invariably ideologically grounded with embedded power relations.The paper concludes that one major critical function lies in its exposure of the working of power hidden in the social conventions.
