摘　　要：随着取消报关员资格核准审批,对报关人员从业不再设置门槛和准入条件。此消息一出立刻引起了社会的广泛的反响,各界人士都在探讨着这其中的利弊,对于高校来说,报关员资格考试的取消则对高校《报关实务》课程的教学提出了新的要求。Along with the abolition of the declarant qualifications approved by the examination and approval, the customs staff will no longer set the threshold and access conditions. This news immediately arouse widespread repercussions, people discuss the advantages and disadvantages, for the university, cancel the examination of qualification of declarers put forward new requirements on the 'customs declaration practice' course teaching.
