摘　　要：青南藏区义务教育发展水平较低,打造一支符合青南藏区教育实际的教育管理队伍和师资队伍,充分利用民族文化的教育资源,建立适合我省青南藏区基础教育实际的有效的质量监控体系。Southern qinghai Tibetan areas have a relatively low level of compulsory education development, build a meet in southern qinghai Tibetan education and practical education management team and teaching staff, making full use of education resources of national culture, build for basic education in the regions and the actual effective quality control system.
