摘　　要：校本教育研究就是基于学校的教育研究,它以学校的教育教学实际问题为研究对象,以解决这些问题为目的。中小学校长做校本教育研究有重要意义,中小学校长做校本教育研究要遵循理论性和实用性相统一、量力而行以及重视协作等三个原则,同时还要把握正确的价值取向、研究选题要凸显"小、适、值"的特点、要加强自我反思、研究成果的呈现要和研究目的和研究任务相适应、要在行动中进行再创造等需要注意的问题。School-based education research is a type of education research based on its own specific school. It takes the actual teaching problems in schools as the research object so as to solve these problems. The essay discusses the significances of school principals' school-based education research, describes three principles that principals' school-based educational research should follow: unity of theory and practicality, doing research according the capability, and cooperation. In this essay, problems school principals should pay attention to are also discussed. The essay proposed that: school-based education research should follow a right concept of value orientation; research topics should be narrowed down, being with the characteristics of appropriateness and of value; the research should strengthen self-reflection; the results of the research should be adapted with the research objectives and tasks; and it is important to achieve innovation and creation in research practice.
