摘  要:随着高职教育规模的持续扩大与内涵的不断提升,学生可持续发展需求不断增强,高职文化素质教育作为提升高素质技能型人才培养质量的突破口已成为共识。高职文化素质教育的发展历经酝酿提出、思想论争与初步实践、普遍实践与体系构建等阶段,在理论研究与实践操作方面不断积累经验,现已逐步形成具有职业教育特色、能够满足学生发展需求的高职文化素质教育体系。With the continuous expansion and connotation improvement of higher vocational education,it required the sustainable development of the students,which made it the shared understanding that cultural quality education in higher vocational education would be the breakthrough to cultivating the high-quality skilled talents.In the recent 15 years,cultural quality education for higher vocational education experienced the periods of blueprint,ideological argument and initial practice,and extensive practice and system construction.Accumulating experience of theoretical research and practical operation,it formulated the cultural quality education system with vocational education characteristics,which could satisfy the students' development demand.
