摘 要:火电厂过热汽温被控对象是一个复杂环节,影响和干扰因素众多,常规的PID控制难以获得较好的控制效果。因此,本文首先在分析了过热汽温特性的基础上,将模糊控制与PID控制结合,设计出一种模糊自整定PID控制系统,实现了PID控制器参数的自整定。仿真结果表明,模糊自整定PID控制较常规PID控制超调小并且调节时间短。The object of Superheated Steam Temperature Control system in power Station is a complex part that is influenced or interfered by many factors,It is difficult to obtain better control effect by the conventional PID control. In this paper,based on the analysis of the superheated steam temperature characteristics,by combining fuzzy control with PID control,a fuzzy self-tuning PID control system is designed and a self-tuning of PID controller parameters is achieved. The simulation results show that the fuzzy self- tuning PID control comparing with conventional PID control,the overshoot is smaller and settling time is shorter.
