摘　　要：食品微生物学是食品相关专业的一门重要专业基础课,建立食品微生物学课程案例教学新模式,引入案例教学的理念,将食品微生物学知识的教育和食品微生物学知识生产应用融入到食品微生物学的教学当中,强化食品微生物学课堂知识与生产实际的衔接,为卓越工程师等应用型复合人才的培养探索新的途径。Food microbiology is an important basic course for related food majors,a new approach to case teaching into food microbiology is established.Case teaching is introduced to the teaching of food microbiology which integrated microbiology knowledge and production application knowledge of food microbiology.The connection of theory and practice is strengthened by case teaching combined with production practice of food microbiology course.It is new ways to cultivate innovative and applying type of talents in a university such as outstanding engineers.
