摘　　要：根据烹饪高等教育发展的现状,分析了高等烹饪教育的不足,提出了扭转择业观念,加强学科体系建设等建议,以期对烹饪高等教育的发展有所裨益。Based on the situation of cooking higher education,the paper analyzes the defects and puts forward that we should turn round the opinions of choosing profession,strengthen the construction of course system,etc.
