摘　　要：在全面发展素质教育的今天,仍然存在着种种教育失衡的现象,导致了学生对自我的迷失。因此,创造一个平衡稳定而又和谐发展的教育环境被提上素质教育的日程。In the present situation, we propose an overall development of quality education, yet there are still various kinds of education imbalance phenomena that lead to students' losing focus. Therefore, creating a stable, balanced, and harmoniously developed education environment becomes all the more important.
