摘　　要：职业教育的改革与发展需要现代教育技术的支持和参与 ,需要教育技术专业人才的服务。本文通过对职业教育特征的研究和对职教部门的调查 ,分析职业教育对教育技术专业人才的技能水平的要求 ,建设培养技能所需的硬件环境 。The reform and development of professional education needs the support and participation of modern education technology. By studying the features of professional education and by conducting a survey of professional departments concerned, this article analyzes the requirements for professionals of education technology, the environments of hard wares in which professionals are trained, and approaches of professional training.
