摘　　要：　成人高等教育要在创建学习型社会中担当起主力军的作用必须有所创新,要不断探讨成人高等教育的发展规律,结合成人学生特点,改革现行学籍管理制度,为成人学习创造良好条件和环境,使学生能自主学习,体现以人为本的教育思想,促进成教事业的发展。Adult higher education serves as locomotive in developing a learning society. Innovation as well as the research on the laws that govern its development is much needed. It's on basis of the adults' needs so as to provide a better-off learning environment, the new system to be built should aim to stimulate students 'incentives and embody the idea of 'all for men' and promote our education cause.
