摘　　要：结合英语精读教学 ,探讨了如何培养学生的综合能力。通过师生互动、变教师讲为学生查、以及加强与日常生活、社会的联系和第二课堂活动等途径 ,拓展学生求知的渠道和使用英语的时空。The thesis discusses about how to develop the students' all-round abilities relating to the English intensive reading course. The author suggests many approaches, such as the mutual activities between the teachers and the students ?changing from the teacher's lecturing to the students'searching ?more combination with everyday life and the society and out-of the classroom activities, to broaden the students' opportunities to acquire knowledge and provide the students with more chances to use English.
