摘  要:采用层次分析法,分别从宏观层次的人才培养目标模式和教育发展模式改革;从中观层次的教育行政管理体制模式、办学体制模式与教学管理制度模式改革;从微观层次的教学过程模式改革(包括课程教学模式、教学过程的指导思想、师生关系、教学内容、方法、手段改革、以及考试方法改革)等方面,系统探讨了有关人才培养模式改革的教育思想观念转变问题,以期对我国高等教育深化人才培养模式改革能起到科学、正确的导向作用。This paper discusses systematically the problems as to the change of educational concept and thoughts in the reform of talents' training patterns from such aspects as the macroscopic reform of talents' training patterns; the medium-level reform of administrative system patterns of education, patterns of running schools and patterns of educational management; the microscopic reform of educational procedure patterns (including the reform of course teaching pattern, guiding principles for educational procedures, relationship between teachers and students, teaching contents, methods and means, and the reform of testing methods), and hopefully, it can play a scientific and correct guiding role in the deepening the reform of talents' training pattern in the higher education of China.
