摘　　要：本文采用个案研究的方法,通过对回汉两个民族教育观念的对比,探寻新疆回族教育落后的观念原因。在原因分析中还进一步指出了对传统宗教文化的理解、历史与现实生活的境遇和各民族间的交流程度是影响新疆回族学校教育观念形成的主要因素,并在此基础上提出了一些积极的应对措施。The educational level of Hui in Xinjiang dropping behind other nationalities has various reasons. The article tries to find out the subjective factors that affect the educational level of Hui. The author point out that traditional concept on religion, realistic life and the degree of intercourse among different nationalities affect the concept of the Hui on schooling, and put forward some active answer measure.
