摘　　要：本文描述了我国高校学生贷款的管理结构和业务流程,并与美国和加拿大学生贷款的运行模式进行了对比,进而探讨了政府和市场在学生贷款计划中的作用和职责,最后指出我国高校学生贷款要解决的主要问题。This paper describes Chinese student loan scheme in institutional structure and operating flow, analyzes the operation mechanism of student loan schemes in the United States and Canada. After that, the paper explores different roles and functions of governments and market in student loans and discusses the problems to be solved in the Chinese case.
