摘　　要：论述了高校体育教学方法改革的重要意义 ,旧的体育教学方法存在的问题 ,以及体育教学方法改革的对策。认为体育教学方法的改革是高校体育教育改革的重点 ,同时也是提高体育课教学质量的根本途径。The significant meaning of university's sports teaching reform is discussed in the paper. The existing problems in old gymnastics teaching method and the countermeasures of the gymnastic teaching method's reform are put forward. The reform of the teaching method is the point of the gymnastics teaching reform in the university,while also a basic way to improve teaching quality of gymnastic education. Only in this way,can the students be trained in 'morality,intelligence,and physical education'.
