摘　　要：本试验以茶薪菇为试材 ,研究了贮藏温度对茶薪菇保鲜效果的影响。结果表明 :在 5～ 2 5℃贮藏温度范围内 ,茶薪菇的失重率、呼吸强度。Effect of storage temperature on fresh qualiy of Agrocybe agegerita was investigated in this paper.It was concluded that the weight loss,respiration intensity,relative conductance rate and brown degree of Agrocybe aegerita reduced with the temperature from 20℃ down to 5℃.
