摘　　要：印度作为经济文化发展相对落后的发展中人口大国,近些年竟"奇迹"般地在国际高科技领域的竞争中脱颖而出,并占据重要位置,探究原因,印度理工学院在其背后起了决定性的推动作用。本文作者从印度理工学院管理体制、人才培养模式两个大的层面,分析归纳了这个学校成功的因素。In recent years, India, as a developing country with comparatively backward economy and culture and a large population, has miraculously survived and risen to an important role in the intenational competition of high technology,owing to the decisive push of Indian Institute of Technology.The author analyses and sums up the factors leading to the success of IIT from its managerial system and talent cultivation pattern.
