摘　　要：本文拟从收词、释义和微观结构三个方面 ,对《新世纪汉英大词典》和《新时代汉英大词典》进行对比分析 ,旨在探讨两本词典相同和差异 ,并着重对《新世纪汉英大词典》鲜明、独特、科学。This paper aims at an analysis of the similarities and differences between “A New Century Chinese English Dictionary” and “New Age Chinese English Dictionary” through the comparison and contrast between them from their entries, equivalents and microstructure. The focus is on the discussion about the distinctive compiling features of “A New Century Chinese English Dictionary”.
