摘　　要：论文通过对现代食品中出现的各种新型食品概念的辨析 ,简单对现代食品的发展历程和现状的介绍 ,使我们对现代食品有一个清楚的认识 ,并在此基础上对它们发展前景提出了展望。By analysis of various kinds of new-type food and simple introduction to the modern food of the development courses and current situation,we can have clearly recognize the modern food. Depend on this we propose expectation to the develoment prospect of the modern food.
