摘　　要：“两课”实践教学应坚持以人为本的科学发展观,以学生为本统筹“两课”实践教学的改革与发展。在“两课”实践教学中,学生是根本,资源是基础,制度是保证,机制是关键。开展“两课”实践教学必须抓住“三关”,做好“五项统筹”,努力形成一个目标定位明确,制度机制完善,组织保障有力,方式方法灵活,考核评价科学的实践教学新模式。Two Courses'practical teaching should take man as essence and insist on the theory of scientific development.In the'two courses'teaching practice,students are the essential;sources are base,system is guarantee and mechanics.We try to form the new model of practical teaching with clear aim,perfect system mechanics,powerful guarantee and flexible method and text-evaluated new model of practice teaching.
