摘　　要：文章通过对工科院校音乐素质教育的调研,按照21世纪素质教育新观念所构筑的理论框架,对工科院校音乐素质教育的现状进行了调查分析,并提出了在工科院校普及与提高音乐素质教育的措施与建议。Research on music quality-orientated education has been conducted in some universities of science and engineer- ing by the author. In accordance with the idea of cultivating the all-round development college students in the 21st century, the author, by analyzing the recent situation of music quality-orientated education, puts forward the solutions and suggestions of popularization and enhancement of the music quality-orientated education in universities of science and engineering.
