摘  要: 汽车同步器齿环摩擦材料是一个复杂的复合体系,填料加入的数量能够明显地影响其加工和使用性能。为了表征该配方体系中所使用的主要填料碳纤维表面存在的基团种类和数量,从而研究碳纤维与酚醛树脂的相溶性、粘接性等性能。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射及X光光电子能谱(XPS)等表征方法,分析了碳纤维表面结构。结果表明:汽车同步器齿环摩擦材料所选用的碳纤维增强材料为非结晶结构,表面含有C、O、N、Si等元素,是PAN基碳纤维,在碳骨架的表面含有CO及COC极性基团,另有少量杂质SiO2。结论为:碳纤维表面极性基团的存在有利于碳纤维与酚醛树脂基体的粘接,提高摩擦材料的综合性能。Automobile synchronizer ring friction material is a complicated compound system. Its process and property are influenced observably by the additional amount of packing filler. The group type and its number on the surface of carbon fiber as main packing filler in the formula system are indicated and compatibility and adhesion property between carbon fiber and phenol-formaldehyde resin are studied which is the target of this research. With SEM, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the surface structure of carbon fiber has been analyzed. The results show the selected reinforcing fiber of automobile synchronizer ring friction material is amorphous structure, C, O, N, Si on its surface and it is PAN-based carbon fiber, C=O, C-O-C and a little SiO are on the surface of carbon skeleton. The conclusion is that the polar group on carbon fiber is profitable to enhance the adherence between carbon fiber and phenol-formaldehyde resin base.
