摘  要:番茄红素是一种具有多种生理功能的类胡萝卜素,通常从番茄的果实中提取,价格昂贵.一些光合细菌也可以产番茄红素,从而使得利用微生物发酵法生产低成本番茄红素成为可能.本文通过正交实验等方法研究了1株紫色非硫细菌7-1的生长及产番茄红素的最佳培养条件.在以0.4%的乳酸钠为碳源,0.05%的谷氨酰胺为氮源,Mg2+10ppm,并添加0.1%的酵母粉作为生长因子的改良RCVBN培养基中,7-1菌发酵液在72 h内菌浓度可达5.08×1010个/mL,紫外吸收光谱表明细胞内番茄红素的含量明显提高,高效液相色谱法测定出细胞内番茄红素的含量为398.7mg/100 g菌体干重.Lycopene is a kind of carotenoids and too expensive. It has manifold function of physiology and is mainly extracted from the fruits of tomatoes. Some photosynthetic bacteria were found to produce lycopene. It shows possibility that low cost lycopene could be produced by microbial fermentation. This work studied the lycopene production of photosynthetic bacteria. 'The conditions were optimized for the growth of strain 7-land lycopene production by orthogonal designs method. The RCVBN medium was modified as: 0.4% Lactate was used as carbon source, 0.05% Glutamine as nitrogen source, lOppmofMg2+ and0.1% yeast extract. The cell numbers of strain 7-1 reached 5.08×1010/ml after 72 h cultivation, and the content of lycopene was improved to 398.7 mg/100 g (dry weight).
