摘　　要：素质教育是以全面提高学生思想品德、文化知识、身体素质、心理素质、人文素质和发展个性为目的的现代化教育 ,是一个综合性的系统工程 ,这需要用多种教育形式来完成。高校体育教学之所以在素质教育中不可缺少 ,不仅因为它同其他教育形式在教育目的上有其内在的一致性及相互联合 ,协同进行 ,还因为它具有独特的陶冶作用 ,以特有的方式和途径处处在影响学生。它所具有的全面性、持久性以及学生接受素质教育的主动性 。All-round education is modern education,which target lines in improving the students thinking morality,literate knowledge,physical and mental quality and individual development.It is a multiple system project,consists of diversity of educational forms and contents of education.The physical course takes an important place in all-round education.It is not only combined with other educational forms on the target,but also has a special ability,which influence the college students in its special which way.It has a special aspect that other educational forms couldn't catch up.
