摘　　要：在总结实践教学基地建设的经验基础上,提出在高职教育校内实训基地建设中坚持产、学、研、培"四位一体"的建设指导思想可使我们获得多渠道的资金来源,形成滚动发展的良性循环;有利于发挥基地潜力,获得一定的社会和经济效益,并进一步促进基地的发展;可获得高度仿真的实训环境,有利于缩短校企距离,增强学生快速适应社会的能力。By summarizing the experiences of how to establish a practical education base in shenzhen polytechnic with multiplex functions such as producing, educating, researching and training, this paper refers to an opinion that it is very important to insist on the idea of multiplex functions in building a practical education base. The multiplex functions of the base can make us obtain the financial support from different ways, so as to form a reasonable circle of financial support. It also can make full use of the potential of the base, and the simulant workshop can close the gap between school and enterprises, strengthen students' working ability.
