摘　　要：湖湘学是宋代之后非官方的儒学流派在湖湘地区逐渐积淀而成的地方文化 ,以经世致用的事功特色区别于其它学派。在湖湘学浸染下曾国藩形成以转移风气为宗旨的系统人才教育观 ,把湖湘学经世致用、以外王达于内圣的思维倾向融入了他的人才教育观中。曾国藩的人才教育观体现了近代社会中国士人在教育近代化发轫阶段挖掘传统文化资源对抗西学冲击的文化自危、自省、自卫的心态。The confucianism of Hunan is one of mordern models of regional confucianism. Its characteristic is practiclity and seeking the successful life. Zeng Guo-fan's View of Elite Education has succeeded the characteristic of the confucianism of Hunan. Zeng Guo-fan is a key man for the current political situation in mordern times in china. Survey on Zeng Guo-fan's view of elite education is of help to analyse the value of the confucianism of Hunan. Zeng Guo-fan's view of elite education has made a markable achievment that is the repercussion of the confucianism of Hunan in mordern times.
