终身教育对传统学校教育的超越

摘　　要：终身教育是当代世界影响最大的教育理念之一。联合国教科文组织在其报告中多次指出,终身教育的概念是进入21世纪的关键,是人类打开21世纪大门的钥匙,并建议把终身教育作为发达国家与发展中国家今后若干年内制定教育政策的主导思想。本文分析了终身教育产生的原因及其特征,从终身教育的视角反思传统学校教育,并论述了终身教育对传统学校教育的超越。Lifelong education is one of the most influential concepts of education. UNESCO pointed out many times in its reports that the concept of lifelong education was the key to 21st century, and suggested that it should be the main principle guiding the worldwide educational reform. The thesis analyses the causes of lifelong education and its characteristics, expounds the disadvantages of the traditional education from the viewpoint of lifelong education and elucidates the advantages of lifelong education.
