摘　　要：针对现阶段我国来华留学研究生的特点,应重视来华留学研究生教育过程的合理设计,建立适合来华留学研究生教育特点和规律的培养模式和管理模式,加强师资队伍建设,突出和加强来华留学研究生教育的国际化进程,确保来华留学研究生教育质量。Foreign graduates in China are increasing rapidly these years and becoming an integrated part of graduates education enrolled. The whole educational process should be planned rationally and personally according to the educational backgrounds of foreign graduates from different countries. Special educational modes and evaluation systems ought to be tailored to them and be more flexible without compromising the overall quality of education. Moreover, some cultivation approaches are subject to be modified to become more suitable for them. Emphasis also should be put on training of teachers in English an communicative ability who give classes to or advisors of foreign graduates to meet the requirements of international education. In the case of foreign graduates' education, teaching is especially necessary in accordance of their talent and future career development. In order to enhance our competitiveness in graduates education internationally, some practical measures should be adopted to guarantee the educational quality for foreign graduates in China.
