法学教育的现实要求与对策

摘　　要：当今的法学教育需要以学术教育为侧重点,在通识教育和专才教育相结合的基础上培养宽口径 人才。具体措施包括:在教学内容上以理论知识为主,紧密围绕教学目的借鉴案例教学法和讨论法,培养一支 高水平的教育队伍以提高教学质量。Legal education today should to lay particular emphasis on academic education, and to educate many-side students on the basis of all-round education and specific education. The practical countermeasures could be: to give first place to theoretical knowledge among various substances; to draw lessons from the pedagogies of case analysis and discussing around the teaching aims; to cultivate a team of high-level teachers to improve the quality of education.
