摘　　要：文章就知识经济社会我国继续教育改革与发展的动力和基础进行了分析 ,指出我国继续教育体制、教育方法和教育内容在市场经济和网络时代的改革与发展方向。This article analyzes the momentum and foundation of the reform and development of China's continuing education in the knowledge-based economy society, and points out education mechanism, the teaching approach and contents of education at the age of market economy and internet.
