摘　　要：案例教学法是《法学基础》课教学的最有效地授课方法。要充分发挥案例教学法的作用,在选择案例时就必须坚持案例的权威性、现实性的原则,必须对案例进行收集、选择、整理、阅读、分析、编辑、加工和制作,再运用现代化的教学手段进行教学,才能使案例教学法真正发挥作用。The paper judged that case study is an effective teaching method in the course of 'Basic Science of Law'. In order to exploit the function of case study, the case should be authoritative, realistic, and the cases should be gathered, selected, arranged, read, analyzed, edited, processed and prepared. Only if the teacher use modern instruction facilities the case can exert its enlightening function.
