摘　　要：知识经济环境下,决定企业竞争地位的主要因素已由有形实物资产和金融资产逐渐转向为无形的知识要素。只有当个人知识整合为企业知识并与企业的其他资源相结合才能形成企业能力,进而影响企业的竞争地位。因此知识整合研究对于知识经济环境下的企业竞争具有重要意义。系统阐述了企业知识整合的理论溯源、含义、研究领域和主要理论,分析了企业知识整合研究的趋势。In knowledge economy environment,the major factors which decide the competitive position of enterprise have been changed gradually from the real asset and financial asset to the knowledge factors. Personal knowledge forms the enterprise competence only when it can be integrated into enterprise knowledge and tied with other resources,and therefore affects the competition status. So the researches on knowledge integration are significant to the enterprise competition in knowledge economy environment. It systematically elaborates the academic source,meanings,study fields and major theories of knowledge integration,based on which the tendency of researches is analyzed.
