摘　　要：本文将W.Werner在文[2]中提出的一个四阶迭代法推广到了一般情形,并给出了局部收敛定理。This paper gives a higher order iterative method for solving nonlincar equations, It is the generalization of the method proposed by W. Werner in, and then, the rpaper shows the method's local coavergence.
