摘　　要：玉米渣皮是玉米淀粉加工中的下脚料,含有天然色素和其他可食性成分.本文从浸提溶剂、温度、时间及提取次数等方面探讨了自玉米渣皮中提取玉米黄色素的最佳工艺条件,确定了色素提取的工艺路线.The raw material used in this experiment is leftover bits and pieces of starch which contains natural yellow pigment and some other food composition.The extractive solvent, temperature, time and numbers for extacting yellow pigment was investigated by means of photocolorimetry in this experiment.Reasonable extraction condition and technological process were determined.
