摘  要:从91株黑曲霉中筛选出菌株A-44,经Co60-γ射线诱变,获得了一株利用马铃薯精淀粉下脚料深层发酵柠檬酸的变异株γ-115。当发酵培养基中马铃薯渣13%、黑淀粉10%时,摇瓶产酸达132~149mg/ml,对淀粉的转化率达83.50%~94.30%;当发酵培养基中马铃薯渣10%、黑淀粉6%时,30L发酵罐产酸达72~84mg/ml,对淀粉的转化率达81.40%~94.32%。The citric acid producing mutant γ-115 which could utilize potato residue and black potato starch was obtained, after treating the strain A-44 with Co~60 radiation which was selected from 91 strains of Aspergillus niger. With the fermentation medium containing 13% of potato residue and 10% of black potato starch, the citric acid yield in the shaking flask was 132~149mg/ml and the conversion rate was 83.50%~94.30%. With the fermentation medium containing 10% of potato residue and 6% of black potato starch, the citric acid yield and the conversion rate in a 30L fermentor was 72~84mg/ml and 81.40%~94.32% respectively.
