摘　　要：良师是承栽一流水平高职高专院校建设的坚强基石,厚德博学善技创新应成为师德建设的内涵,加 强师德建设、以德治教是培育良师的重要途径。师德建设过程中应注重自我塑造。<abstract>is article insists that good tutors should be the footstone of an excellent higher vocational institute. It is imperative for teachers to foster their educational professional spirit. Meanwhile, we suggest that teachers pay more attention to nourishing Humanism during their teaching practice.
