摘　　要：近年来,为适应经济的发展和社会的需求,如何突出高职会计专业实践性教学的地位、加强实践性教学,一直是许多从事高职会计教育工作者研究的主要课题。本文从当前社会、企业对财会人员的需求角度出发,对高职会计专业实践性教学体系、校本课程开发、实训室建设、师资队伍建设等方面进行了探讨。In recent years, how to stress on the practical teaching and how to strengthen it in the accounting major of higher vocational colleges so as to adapt it to the development of economy and the demand of the society have become the main tasks for the accounting teacher in higher vocational colleges. This paper, from the demand of the society for financial personnel, discusses the practical teaching system, school-based course exploration, the establishment of practice room and the cultivation of teachers in accounting major of higher vocational colleges.
