摘　　要：论述了情感、情绪、人格和榜样示范等非权力影响力在思想政治工作中所起的积极作用,旨在强调学校思想政治工作要通过教育者自身所具有的自然性影响力,贴近学生心灵,做深入细致的教育,使思想政治教育的内容更入心、入脑。In this paper, the author discusses the active roles of the powerless factors such as emotion, mood, personality and examples, in the ideological and political work.Its purpose is to emphasize this work must be close to students' soul, through the natural influence of the educator himself, make observations and do an in-depth job so as to cause the contents into their brain and heart.
