摘  要:将塑性变形中板料的拉弯理论与虚功原理相结合 ,在充分考虑板料流过拉延筋时塑性变形特点的基础上 ,建立了一种用于预测板料流过实际拉延筋时所承受约束力的等效拉延筋模型。该模型考虑了材料的各向异性、加工硬化特性及包辛格效应的影响。通过对样例零件在DYNAFORM中的仿真分析 ,将该等效拉延筋模型与DYNAFORM系统所预测的拉延筋约束力的仿真效果进行了比较 。Combining bending under tension with the virtual work principle, an equivalent drawbead model was proposed to predict the actual drawbead constraint force (DBRF), which adequately considered the plastic deformation characteristics during the sheet metal flowing over drawbead. This model took account of material anisotropic and work hardening properties, and included the influence of the Bauschinger effect. Its rationality and validity are verified by comparing DBRF and its simulation results from the model mentioned above with available drawbead model’s in DYNAFORM software. At the same time, the present work also laid a solid foundation for determining the drawbead size with inverse approach and implementing the DBRF active adjustment according to DBRF needed.
