摘　　要：本文介绍了ISO9004标准及其在酒店中应用的意义,提出了如何在实践中应用ISO9004标准提高酒店整体业绩的具体措施,旨在为我国酒店业快速发展寻找一条可持续提高酒店整体业绩的有效途径。This article introduces ISO9004standards and its significance of applying in the hotel,and proposes the concrete method of using ISO9004 standards to promote the whole achievements of the hotel in practice,and attempts to look for a sustainable road to improve the whole achievement of the hotel for quickly developing Chinese hotel industry.
