北京市汇文中学高中学生对肥胖少年的看法和态度

摘　　要：目的　了解北京市高中学生对肥胖少年的看法和态度 ,为肥胖的预防和治疗提供基础资料。方法　从北京市汇文中学随机选取 1 2 7名高中学生 ,采用问卷的方法收集调查对象对肥胖少年的看法和态度。结果　 1 /3以上的学生认为肥胖少年人好、性格随和、乐呵呵的、喜好交友、待人温和、身体敦实、胃口好、食量大、喜好美食 ;超过 2 0 %的学生认为肥胖少年性格大大咧咧、日后就业难、身体虚胖、易衰老、行动迟缓、运动受限。 1 0 %～ 2 0 %的学生认为肥胖少年滑稽、遭罪、懒惰、邋遢、不爱干活、不修边幅、易忘事、易得病等。对肥胖男孩正面评价排前十位的为 :胃口好、食量大、喜好美食、人好、随和、乐呵呵的、有劲儿、实在、喜好交友、待人温和 ;对肥胖女孩的正面评价排前十位的则还包括体谅他人感情和讲究卫生 ,但不包括乐呵呵的和有劲儿。男生对肥胖女孩受欺负和将来就业难的评分显著高于对肥胖男孩的相应评价 ,女生则认为肥胖女孩勤奋、整洁有条理和讲究卫生 ,但女生认为肥胖男孩懒惰。结论　学生中有一定比例的人对肥胖少年有偏见 。Objective To investigate the perception and attitudes on obese adolescents of high school students so as to provide basic information for obesity prevention.Methods A self-administrated questionnaire survey was conducted among 127 senior high school students, 47 male and 37 female, aged 15.5～18.5 years old, randomly selected from 3 classes, one class for one grade, of Huiwen High School in urban Beijing.The questionnaire Was consisted of 47 pairs of items with opposite meaning in terms of obesity.Results More than one third of the students considered obese adolescents as kind, gentle, happy, friendly, sociable, strong, with good appetite, gluttonous, and fond of delicious food.More than 20% of the students considered obese adolescents as careless, difficult to find work in the future, puffy, easy to age, slowly acting, and difficult for exercise.Another 10% to 20% of the students described the obese adolescents as ridiculous, suffering, lazy, slovenly, forgetful, and unhealthy.The top 10 items of positive evaluation for obese boys were being with good appetite, gluttonous, fond of delicious food, kind, amiable, cheerful and gay, strong, honest, friendly, and good-natured.The top 10 items of positive evaluation for obese girls included being understanding and neat, however, excluded being cheerful and gay, and strong.Statistically more obese girls than obese boys were described by male students as being easy to be bullied and difficult to find work in the future, while more obese boys were thought to be lazy and more obese girls were thought to be hardworking, neat, and healthful by female students.Conclusion Bias and discrimination against obese adolescents exist among high school students in Beijing, which will affect the mental and physical health of obese adolescents.
