摘　　要：通过对 2 0 0 3年我国食品工业类 1 3种核心期刊发表的 1 980篇论文的 1 0 80 5条文后参考文献的类型、语种、时间分布等的统计分析 。There are altogether 10805 references at the end of the 1980 articles published in the 13 kinds of core journal of food industry in 2003.The type of documents,languages and time distribution of these references are given with the document analysis method.The statistics show some characteristics of Chinese food science and technology experts' demands for documents.
