摘　　要：本文针对《商兑》所提出的问题进行了详细的回答。《商兑》反映出的问题很多,涉及到概念、材料、分析方法、理论知识等方面的。本文尝试弄清楚这些问题,这不仅可以帮助读者全面公正了解我们的工作,而且对汉语史的研究也不无裨益。This paper is a full reply to all the questions mentioned in Hong’s previous article. There are many problems in Hong’s argumentations, including the usage of linguistic terms, the interpretation of classical Chinese data, the application of method, and the understanding of contemporary linguistic theory. All these issues are theoretically and empirically important, and hence correct solutions in these regards are helpful not only for readers to correctly understand our works but also for scholars to make progression in the discipline.
