摘　　要：定编定岗工作是高校进行改革的基础。本文就当前高校定编定岗工作存在的问题进行了分析和思考,并阐述了搞好这项工作需采取的一些措施和应注意掌握的关键问题,以保证高校定编定岗工作的顺利进行。The fixation of posts and staff serves the basis for reform in universities and colleges. This paper deals with the present problems relating to it and expounds some measures necessary for the solution to them and some critical problem worthy of serious consideration so as to ensure the satisfactory handling of fixation of posts and staff in universities and colleges.
